BPM Clock - Feature Request and Bug Report

1. When changing time signature, bar trigger output behaves strangely, starts to stray from tempo, some offset appears (bar triggers every 4 beats, but with delay).
   I suggest to send "reset" signal when time signature changes.

2. Also at time signature 3/4, bar and beat behave the same way!
