Lookup values on the PCF control not loading...

Hi, Thank you for this awesome control. Im trying to use it and in my case the PCF control loads all values on the control except the look up values. I tried both supported version and the unsupported version both giving blank values on load of EditableQuickViewForm.  I am able to select a different value. Could you please help me understand if im missing anything?
