Backward compatibility for older versions of Python (3.8+).

• Pandas downgraded to 2.0.3 in requirements.txt. (Being last version supported in Python 3.8)
• Polyfill for itertools.batched added in Python 3.12.

Interactive and CLI option to scan only harmonic bullish or bearish patterns.

• all, bull and bear option no longer includes harmonics and trendlines. (This was done to limit overall results when scanning large number of files)

Various improvements in harmonic detection functions to improve overall accuracy and limit results to the most relevant patterns.
