Wow, it's Mr Bogus himself... surprised to find you are responsible for yet another cool .NET library. I appreciate it!
Just in case you don't know, the Cloudflare docs site has a "Community resources" page for which one can submit implementations for various platforms.
You could submit this .NET library for listing under "Server-side validation libraries". That would help to get more users.
Just an idea.
