Automated Conversion of rds to json

We are making updates to code for ADaMs and the rds files. I think we should automate the conversion of rds to json.

Thinking it should just fire off whenever an rds file is changed? Could just commit in the PR?? Let's talk about it on Friday!!

datasetjson uses jsonlite - https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/datasetjson/index.html the package we use for conversion

(sorry, paper only meant as reference for R --> JSON, jsonlite)

Want to be sure I have this right:

• on push, or a change in an .rds file (directory: path$adam)
• run This code pilot5-submission/pilot5-programs/convert_rds_to_json.r (puts json in directory path$adam_json)

path$adam = .../pilot5-submission/ pilot5-input /adamdata (input)
path$adam_json = .../pilot5-submission/pilot5-output/adamdata/pilot5-datasetjson (output)

let's start simple - datasetjson action should trigger if any rds files are changed
