Feature Request - Manage Multiple Subscription LIsts

We do not use a global opt-out; instead, we use multiple subscription lists managed at the contact level. Some extension directions for using the package for this use case would be helpful. A global opt-out setting will opt people out of multiple lists, faxes, and SMS, in our org.
