Rehost with MGN template issue

Describe the bug
On trying to add pipeline using pipeline template Rehost with Application Migration Service MGN, the applications drop down is empty

To Reproduce
On console, navigate to Pipeline -> Add pipeline. Give pipeline name, and from pipeline template dropdown select 'Rehost with Application Migration Service (MGN)'. In task arguments -> application names

Expected behavior

he applications dropdown should show some values. Even after selecting the Wave options, the application dropdown is empty. The dropdown has an 'All' checkbox as options, but that too is not selectable.
