Several attributes not documented #51

There are several attributes which I can see listed in the backend Lambda functions which are not listed on the frontend by default or documented on CMF's documentation page.
Describe the feature you'd like
I'd like the attributes that are available to be configured to be documented somewhere rather than having users figure out how to configure something by looking through code.
Additional context
2 attributes I don't think are currently documented are around configuring a server's boot mode and IMDS settings.
