CloudFormation deployment was successful, but the dashboard is unavailable

Describe the bug
The CloudFormation deployment was successful, but the dashboard homepage keeps showing 'Loading deployments'. When creating a Text Use Case, it gets stuck at 'select model' and doesn't load, although I am able to use Bedrock in the AWS console..

To Reproduce
After successfully deploying CloudFormation, no actions were taken; it was just opening the CloudFront link.

My account can use Bedrock models in other regions, but it cannot access them in us-east-1, so I deployed in us-east-2.
