How do I manually add UDEV files on Oversteer flatpak on my Steam Deck?

Okay, so I downloaded the flatpak version of Oversteer on my Steam Deck. I'm using a PlayStation 2 Logitech Driving Force Pro, but when I open Oversteer, I got a message that said "You don't have the required permissions to change your wheel settings." so I downloaded the UDEV files, but I don't know where to install them.

I'm told that with the flatpak version, you have to manually install them, but how do I do that? On my Steam Deck, the files for the Oversteer flatpak is located at /home/deck/.var/app/io.github.berarma.Oversteer/ so where do I install the UDEV files? If anyone knows please tell me. Thank you.

Install the latest udev rules in /usr/lib/udev/rules.d and reload udev with sudo udevadm control --reload-rules && sudo udevadm trigger.

I found a fix. You're supposed to type this into the terminal sudo wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/berarma/oversteer/refs/heads/master/data/udev/99-fanatec-wheel-perms.rules so that you'll get the text file.
