Requesting for installation instructions on Mac OS (Sonoma) #51

Hello,
Please can we request install instructions on Mac OS Sonoma with the following
- homebrew (/bin/bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/HEAD/install.sh)")
- Dot Net Core 7 (https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download)
- PostgreSQL 16 (brew install postgresql@16)
This is the existing instruction which is more for Linux/Ubuntu
