Update COMMANDS for --images

Current commands suggested by bash completion following --images are:

• attach
• create
• list
• run

Valid commands are:

• list
• create
• deregister (delete)
• restore

Update both bash completion and ec2cli functionality to reflect the second list above. Only create works correctly. list output is not formatted correctly; however, provides the correct info in output.
