IPv6 host support in URL parsing #2
Description
Currently the C++ library does not support parsing IPv6 hostname (https://github.com/hrbrmstr/construe/blob/batman/src/urlparser.h#L281-L282). It rly needs to. (I rly only needed the req/resp parsing bits and just exposed the URL parser for fun).
