NTS has empty lines and lines that look more like full paragraphs

NTS has sometimes empty lines, and at the same time certain lines that contain a lot. E.g. "NTS-1868-01-17-a-p0001". Not sure where this comes from.

Also order of lines is wrong... probably from olive => XML/ALTO conversion However, coordinates of lines are ok.

@piconti It would be interesting to take a look at the original XML/ALTO. Also for EZR a few examples would be interesting. It has the same issues.

Maybe you could push some issues to the s3 00-original-samples after the workshop.
