OLR flags errors

Hi,
I figured that the olr flags set for the rebuilts had issues as all of them are set to True for all content items.

Also, I found missing flags or issues for :

• EXP-2017-05-02-a
• luxwort-1852-07-02-a
• luxwort-1861-07-19-a
