Convert "test-agents" into E2E tests #15
Description
Instead of having a "test-agents" folder, the functionality being exposed by those agents needs to be converted to an end-to-end test that can be run automatically by us and the CI. Any real scenario for a sample should be discussed with the broader team and moved to the Agent365-Samples repository.
