Include PortAudio in Azure Linux Repository #15139
Description
Certain projects involving live voice interaction require access to local devices such as the microphone and speakers. And PortAudio is a free, cross-platform, open-source, audio I/O library. This is the library we use in all of our voice live samples that we share with the customers. Therefore requesting the possibility of adding this library in the Azure Linux Repository.
