Query with the Oxygen Supply Data

Hi,

Thanks for the wonderful data resources and for putting everything in the open source. We are interested in using the oxygen supply data (Central State Oxygen allocation) and we have the below queries:

1. How much vetted is this data?
2. In some of the states the Oxygen allocation metrics are missing, will this will be updated, or is this dynamic?
