Enable Play/Pause When hideControls = true

If you set YoutubePlayerFlags to hideControls: true you lose the play/pause functionality.

Proposed Changes

Add The Following Flags:

• bool hidePlayPauseControl - default to false
• bool disableTapPlayPause - default to false; if controls are shown, then they are functional; similar to disableDragSeek where tapping the player would still toggle play/pause even if controls are hidden

Add Play/Pause on Tap

It would be helpful to be able to play/pause even if the controls are hidden. You would need to use my new flags hidePlayPauseControl and disableTapPlayPause to disable play/pause entirely.

I realized that bottomActions would allow me to show/hide the other controls so I updated the request.
