Terraform script for testing in real cluster

Create terraform scripts to test the spark connector in the main Cloud platforms:

• AWS EMR
• Azure Databricks
• Google Cloud Dataproc

This script will:

1. Create the infrastructure.
2. Upload the pbf file
3. Execute a spark job in a real cluster.
