This pull request introduces a DevContainer configuration to the project.

Benefits:

Enable quick exploration
Ensures a consistent environment across different machines.
to install PDM, Python venv and JDK locally

Additional Notes:

Existing workflow remains unchanged for those who prefer not to use the DevContainer
