I'm Amr Mohamed, a Backend-Focused Software Engineer with a unique path into technology. Although I initially studied Dentistry, I discovered my passion for software in 2017 and transitioned into a full-time engineering career.

With over 5 years of professional experience, I’ve built scalable platforms across healthcare, fintech, edtech, and no-code industries. My expertise lies in backend development, system performance, and clean architecture, and I’ve worked on projects ranging from healthcare management systems to database optimization and high-traffic web applications.

I’m skilled in Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, with a development approach rooted in OOP, SOLID principles, microservices, and clean architecture.

Passionate about solving complex problems and optimizing systems, I’m currently expanding my cloud expertise by pursuing the AWS Solution Architect Associate certification to design reliable and cost-efficient architectures.
