  • Create output path in TTS/bin/compute_statistics.py if it doesn't exist
  • Add clearer instructions to TTS/bin/extract_tts_spectrograms.py
  • Add more tests for TTS/bin scripts
  • Minor refactors to simplify code and add type hints

fix(utils.manage): consider custom names when updating paths

Previously paths were only updated for files with specific names. Now custom
names specified in the appropriate config values are considered as well.
