Finish cps and enhance automated releases

Finished some cps

cp3 about error correction and error detection on link-layer.

cp8 about application layer.

cp9 about security.

Also tweaked the automatic build process.

• Now each cp pdf is built on that cp directory. Previously all were built on the project directory.
• Assets such as scripts, dockerfiles or others are grouped into an assets folder inside each cp. And this folders are copied into the final release.

Overall the final release is much cleaner.
