Release of sipexer v1.2.0 - a moden SIP CLI tool to facilitate testing and monitoring of SIP signalling servers.

Among changes:

• option to set additional via parameters
• added $timems - time stamp in miliseconds
• added $mul(name,val) - multiply value associated to name with val

• build ACK before updating INVITE message
• added field 'totag' to enable stateful operations such as INVITE+INFO
