sleeper-api 1.2.0 release

This is a release of v1.2.0 of the wrapper for the Sleeper fantasy football API.

• Now supports individual player statistics for individual weeks as well as season long
• Supports "state" endpoint for grabbing the state of a sport
• Updated league transaction endpoints to be more helpful to the user
