Interstitial lung disease biomarker discovery using DIABLO. Integrates DNA methylation, transcriptome, and proteome. 30k features from 23 cases and 83 controls. Supervised learning model maximizing cross block covariance, adj R^2=0.73, 13 candidate biomarkers, with code and plots.
